This is what the homosexuals are thinking. They are equating skin color with how a person decides to have an orgasm.

They are also under the delusion that marriage is a religion only insitution. Religion is a red herring. Under the law to qualify for marriage: 1. Age of Consent 2. Not closer than first cousin 3. not married to another 4. One man one woman (one father one mother child breeding/raising pair).

Homosexuals have allways been able to qualify under the law for those standards. The law has never delved into "love". The law does not delve into sexual gratification.

The FMA will shut these "useful idiots" of the left down.

Any man can marry a woman, any woman can marry a man. No injustice here IMHO.

The war plans drafted during the Stonewall Inn riots -even when exposed for the seeing public to view prove effective
for we are a nation adrift. I attended a staged talk at
Mesa college back in fall of 93 And the guest speaker
brought in by the Psychology club and PFLAG was a self proclaimed Lesbian "gay rights advocate" who outlined the
strategy they have followed -becaus eit works well at leading silly women astray filled with diverse lusts. The
speaker travelled South to study the civil rights movement
and how the queer nation could piggy back that to their cause.Later she went to Germany to lear how they could equate the Holocaust to their cause. And she was telling the fools that passage of Amendment #2 had the same effect on Gays as the trauma of hard combat on some Vietnam vets.
They may have defeated us on a number of battlefeilds already(as declared in Sept.1987) But I took a Code of Conduct as my own--and Iwill Never surrender of my own free will.

"Skin color is a benign non-behavioral charectaristic .Sexual Orientation is perhaps the most
profound of human behavioral charectaristics.Comparrison of
the two is a convienent but invalid arguement." Gen.Colin
Powell as reported in Retired Officer July 1993
"To equate homosexuality with race is to give a death sentence to civil rights." Alveda King Sacramento Alliance for Civil Rights" Aug.1998 I don't always agree with Colin
Powells politics- But I stand with the General and the Lady
on this. The Infidel hordes be damned.

Breaking religion's grip

Thus, one of the challenges facing the gay rights movement has been how to break the grip of religion on our secular democracy.

I think this throwaway line - breaking the grip of religion - reveals far more than it intended.

After the inital Mass SJC Goodridge opinion, I listened to a debate on Hardball between two lawyers. The debate digressed into both sides talking over the other, but the Lambda lawyer kept repeating, "This will not affect religion." She repeated it about five times, at which point the phrase, "Methinks she doth protest too much" occurred to me.

Here's a good quote from StonyBurk:

Just curious - Wonder how these Mass.Congress men/women and whatever they call themselves reconcile Article III of the Mass.State Constitution as originally ratified ("As the happiness of a people, and the good order and preservation of civil government, essentially depend upon piety, religion and morality, and these cannot be generally diffused through a community ,but by the institution of the public worship of God,,and of public instructions in piety, religion, and morality.") I suppose the inclusive representative government first had to divorce itself from piety, religion, and morality--or this debate over homosexual marriage could not occur.
