They've always claimed that gays and lesbians are 10%/12% of the population. This marriage issue is going to be their downfall as far as being a political force goes.

10% of 280,000,000 = 28,000,000

1% = 2,800,000

Anybody want to make a bet on whether there will be even 500,000 "gay" weddings in the next two years?

Their numbers won't pan out and the politicians will stop pandering to the 1%/2% vote.
