It would be great to catch him alive, you see suicide attacks are for the cannon fodder you know. Let the world see him having his beard searched for lice. Let's shave him and his head and put him in a pink jumpsuit shackled. After the trial, I say drop him from a height of a 110-storey building and listen to him scream all the way down.

If his head is intact, put it on a pike, and let every jihaist and their enablers behold!

No, we want this sob [read as son of a biscut] alive. So we can show the world & muslims what a coward that he is! He would send young men & women to die for their cause & he would not. That would be shown to the world that the great obl has surrendered! That his fight is not worth dieing for. He lived so you can too.

I do too. If he's captured alive, there'd probably be attacks by terrorists attempting to get him released. Assuming he stays in custody, he'd likely be provided an OJ Simpson dream team defense for a celebrety trial of the century lasting for years and costing multi-millions of $$. And even if he's sentenced to death, there'd still be more years of appeals costing still more millions. Meanwhile he'd be spending his days having three meals a day, a place to sleep and free health care in a place that, albeit a prison, is probably more comfortable than he's in right now.

Dead men tell no tales. I'd rather we capture him alive and squeeze every bit of info we can from him.

P.S. My last post was based on the idea that this story originated with London Express, since that is Drudge's link. And I went right here without noticing that the OP here implies there may be other sources. Hope I'm wrong and some more reputable source is concurring.

I hope they catch him dead.

Part of me likes that.
The meaner part of me would like to see the major biography of the rest of
Osama's life to have this title:
"Forever Guantanamo"

I'd like to see Gen. Franks and the other responsible parties lead "that paper-hangin'
son of a b-tch down Pennsylavania Avenue" in chains, but the ACLU and some nutty Federal
judge would find some way to keep him out of a life-sentence in Gitmo.
