I'm just happy to see Shoshana Johnson getting attention. I was beginning to suffer from Lynch overplay.

Nevertheless, she landed a $1 million book deal, an NBC movie, and a parade of appearances on TV talk shows that included a public denouncement of the Bush administration. "They used me to symbolize all this stuff. It's wrong," Miss Lynch told ABC.I'm surprised at this innaccuracy from the Washington Times. She didn't say anything about the Bush Administration. She simply said the initial story about her was wrong and that the military brass should've straightened it out more quickly.

Howard Dean should be a motivational speaker at this event with a "pump up your salesmen" speech.
(raise your voice as you read this..)
"You're gonna sell even more MCI products this year, including software, stock, fiber optics and other fine products,...yaaarrrghhhhhh!!!!"

They were also inaccurate about her "landing" an NBC movie, which was made without her cooperation and without compensation to her. Wash. Times is slipping in the fact checking dept.

You're "beginning to suffer from Lynch overplay" so you jump into a Lynch thread. That makes sense. I'm suffering from cyborg overplay, so I guess I'll follow your example and search for all of your previous posts and read them 'till my head explodes.

What? I don't know who they are. I was just getting sick of seeing Lynch's picture everywhere without hearing what SHE said as opposed to what some reporter thinks she said.

FYI: The MCI Center is the sports arena, in DC, where the Capitals, Wizards and Mystics play.

I'm glad to see them appearing together. It's good for both of them and no one can accuse either party of basking in a limelight that the other may deserve.

I wish her luck in this, and in her continued recovery. God Bless our troops!
I imagine she knows something of perseverance... Including this article - It is full of errors that are still attempting to taint Miss Lynch. Disgraceful.
To: twigs
I agree wholeheartedly.

What? I don't know who they are.Anderson dominated the airwaves for a long time when he was rescued after years of being a hostage. O'Grady had as much media coverage because he too was a lone rescuee in Bosnia.
I was just getting sick of seeing Lynch's picture everywhere without hearing what SHE said as opposed to what some reporter thinks she said.
Her story is a good story. I'd rather read about it rather than Janet's antics. Yeah, I don't like what the media says she said (even though she didn't say it) also and am surprised the Washington Times did as others in this article.

Does anyone you say that to ever know who Anderson and O'Grady are?
One would think you'd stop saying that.
