Hi, Thanks for doing this today. I have had a bad day. It is the 1st month anniversary of Jan's homegoing and it is very hard to deal with. Plus, hubby is going out of town tomorrow for all week. Don't have any idea how I am going to handle that! I was in a store the other day and found a tiny angel planter with a gardenia bush in it. Am going to plant the bush at Jan's grave and put an artificial plant in the planter to leave there too. She loved angels so much so Lynn and I going to start finding them to take there. All of us still need prayers.

Of course you still need prayers, Mama. And you're getting them. It hurts like hell, doesn't it?

Prayers are being sent your way, MamaB. Take comfort in knowing your angel is smiling down on you to help relieve your pain. Maybe Jan is helping you find those angels...

We're praying for you MamaB! The pain must be unbearable.
I remember how my mom suffered when my younger sister died (at the age of 22). Deep, heartfelt prayers for you.......

God bless you and your family, MamaB. With God's grace you will make it through somehow, although these early days are the worst. I hope you find light, life and joy on the Dose while you're here.

Mama. Continued Prayers for you. The angels are a beautiful thought. Angels for an angel. I'm glad you came here to share your thoughts. So many of us are thinking about you, and praying for you.

I put your family on our Parish Prayer list this week MamaB. I know it's hard, but with God's Grace you'll get through it. That's nice about the angel planter.

MamaB, you'll be in my prayers each day. My hubby is going out of town tomorrow too, and it's so lonely when he's away, and I cannot imagine how difficult it will be for you in your time of grief. In the morning, I will lift you up in prayer, and in the evening, will praise the Lord for getting you through the day.
Just do what you must do to get thru it. Cry if you must, wail, and let it pass. Then try to move on from there. In my time of grieving, I found that I embraced the night. I loved to fall asleep, and sleep deep. Take a Tylenol PM if it helps.
I'll be thinking and praying with you to make it through this week.

My heart goes out to you MamaB. I can remember when my husband died (15 years after my dad died), my mom told me that I would never forget, but it would become easier to bear.
It took a few years to realize how right she was. It will be 18 years Saturday that my husband died and as she said, I didn't forget, but it did get easier to make it through the day.
My prayer for you is that that day will come for you and that God will ease your pain. It will happen.
