Are you perhaps predisposed to disbelieve the author's conclusion?

At least I have history on my side. I think, since you will not accept my arguments, that it is really your job, the one who hasn't thousands of years of history to back his theory up, to PROVE YOUR SIDE.

People are presdisposed to disbelieve the author's conclusion is goofy to put it politely. In the U.S., 70% of black children and one-third of all children are born out of wedlock and gay marriage is outlawed here. Scandinavia had a high illegitimacy rate before gay marriage was legalized, so how did gay marriage cause widespread illegitimacy? It is a liberal welfare society in Holland and Scandinavia that encourage both high illegitimacy and the legalization of gay marriage. Advocating easily debunked theories on the harms of gay marriage only serves to discredit FMA advocates. The truth is a good enough argument against gay marriage without silly theories or scare tactics.

I'm not even sure what you mean, that you have history on your side. How so? Surely you don't think homosexuality is a recent phenomenon?

You've yet to even approach my contention that the article about "the Dutch" in Denmark and Sweden shows causation rather than correlation.

Hunter made a very salient point that out of wedlock births is more likely a symptom of socialist/welfare societies than it is from an emerging acceptance of homosexuality. In fact the latter just seems patently ridiculous.
