When I heard this on the news while driving..I thought the same thing.

When I heard this on the news while driving..I thought the same thing.

And the murderer of a California police officer a few months back, as well. Likely similar influences from the area, if not direct links. And certainly a local climate that at least in some instances, encourages such things.
