I do that often, especially when one of the grating voices is talking (hillary, elenor clift, kerry, carvelle et al). I'd rather read freepers comments than listen to liberal shrills.
To: BlueAngel
Another tidbit: Greta VonSustern's husband is an advisor and contributor to Kerry.
To: Amelia
I turned on to NewsWorld International, and they are now quoting the President's rationale for going to war - "We knew he had weapons, we knew he'd used them, we knew he was funding terrorists" etc...from Meet the Press.Exellent.

Well, really, when you think about it, Juan's wife knows about as much about politics as Juan does.
I kind of envy her -- she doesn't know who Kerry is -- I wish I didn't.

Tim Russert just said that "independent voters" believe GW is divisive. I don't believe a majority of independents feel that way.

I hadn't heard that....was it done in real time?
It was taped Sat..... I may have misunderstood or what I read may have been in error.... but I had gotten the impression that the interview would be just as if it was done live on Sun. morning, no editing, etc.

I just heard the bit where Tim Russert says our approval rating in Europe is dismal. He cited Germany and France. Excuse me, but since when has Europe consisted only of Germany and France?

"Bush is being question like a felon!"
True, but he is coming through like a man of character and strength.
Wouldn't you 'pay per view' to see the botox gigolo put through the same wringer? I doubt if he would survive.

"I owe it to say the American people what I'm going to do, and then do it."
Ha! Russert quotes Kerry saying he knew Bush at Yale. Bush says he didn't know him.
To: DoctorMichael
1) Russet asked the questions.
2) Rove must have been in on the policy decision to introduce the topic of illegal immigrants.

Do you think a Kerry Administration would do a better job? I have a different take - see the tagline People like citizen and B4B have their eyes closed when it comes to Kerry and the demos.
Biker4Bush on another thread stated to me that Kerry is only a concern to the people of Massachusetts at the present time.
So you see it is out of sight and out of mind when it comes to the demos to these people. Acting if the demos don't exist shows to me that they live in their own fantasy world apart from reality.

Steyn appears every Wednesday on Hewitt's program and boy, is he a shot in the arm. Hewitt is great, too.
I discovered Hugh Hewitt when we were living in Germany and we listened to him online. I still listen to him when I get home from school and he also has a great website.

Wow! Just got back from church. Almost 600 posts already. MTP just getting ready to air in my time zone. I'm going to just watch and not Freep, but am I correct in my assessment, that the President must be doing a pretty good job based on some of the trolls that have been attacted to this thread?
