Barry addressed the homosexual as persons, not as an agenda driven movement. It is not an issue that needs to be discussed here, at this time. However, suffice to say that it is not a Conservative desire to become involved in the very personal sexual practices of consenting adults, in their private residences. Too many Conservatives have skeletons in their closets to go there.

Conservatives have always believed that government stay out of a person's private lives. Therefore, privacy of the citizen is paramount to Conservative ideals.
