I was just watching one of the local news channels here in Dallas and they were reporting on one small chicken farms here. The owner stated that they purchase some of their chickens from flea markets. How scary is that??? There is no telling who is selling what. I guess I'm off chicken for a while.

Believe it or not my instinct does not fail me nor do our bodies fail us , that's what I believe cravings are truly about, our bodies telling us what we need.
I am sticking right now to Polish foods, no meat but occasional steak and pork. I'm on the "Piper Hi-Carb diet" ;)
