Suspicious Envelope Found At Brooks City Base
8 People Possibly Exposed To White Powdery Substance

SAN ANTONIO -- An envelope containing an unknown powdery substance was discovered Tuesday at Brooks City Base.

San Antonio Fire Department officials said eight people were possibly exposed to the substance and are in process of being examined.

The building where the envelope was delivered was evacuated and is located near the main gate of the base at Interstate 37 South and Southwest Military Drive.

Hmmmmm, San Antonio, again. that seems to be a constant theme, mulitiple scares in the same city.
