SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.
The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

He's saying that 25% of the prisoners who were freed during the attack on that prison in Iraq were AQ members, and he's insinuating he know's who one of them is and is talking like it's someone "important". His recent posts have taken on a dark and sinister tone as of late. I wonder why?

I hope someone can straighten me out. I have calendar links that show either the 20th or the 21st as the last day for '1424'. I guess OBL's great martyrdom is toast if nothing happens by next Sunday.

Revel I am not sure and the islam calendar converter orignator evidently is not too sure either. There is a note added to one of the converters that I looked at that reads: There is a small probability of one day error.
