Trends in the United States indicate that military discipline is worsening in Korea and that this is due to lap-dancing? What gibberish.

Perhaps it's high time that most (all?) of our troops be removed from South Korea. They are needed elsewhere and the South Koreans have often said they don't like them being there. If the North attacks the South we wouldn't/shouldn't counter them mainly on the ground anyway.
