I'm with Frank. Was the anthrax used in the attacks in 2001 coated with extremely fine silica?

The Anthrax from the 2001 attacks (at least the sample from the senate building) was milled into extremely fine particles coated with silica that would keep them from clumping and cause the particles to become airborne with the slightest movement of air, such as opening the envelope.
Tests were collaborated by CDC and USAMRIID tests, and yes it worries the crap out of me.
