His wife isn't cheating on him. He's making an analogy between Bush and a cheating spouse.

A supposed personal tragedy in the making, and this guy
can only think up a personal tirade against GW?

I don't believe 99.999% of people with this personal issue
would fault Washington DC, or our president.
