Every one seems to forget the the police already were using these "Powers". The Patriot Act just expanded them to fight terrorism. NOTE any action by the Feds as by the Police MUST be proceeded with a JUDICIAL REVIEW AND DECREE. There is over sight.
Yes we have to fear the likes of slick and hitlary...but then you FORGET THEY DID JUST USED EO'S TO DO WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO...i.e 300 FBI files, Waco, Elian need I say more?
