Comments? Beatrix may have a point.
As an aside, R. Emmett Tyrrell is coming out w/ a new book on Her Ankleship. Should be required reading for all but the most well-read FReepers.

So, you suspect a Vast Left Wing Conspiracy?
To: William Creel
Could you explain the tin foil crowd to me? I've never understood it.

Look, I like Rush, but let's face it. In the big scheme of things he really isn't all that big of a deal. He basically preaches to the choir, and has little to no impact on the vast majority of Americans who ultimately decides who wins elections.
Besides, if the Conservative movement totally depended on a radio talk show host, we would be in "big heap of trouble." (little Indian lingo there).

I've thought from the very beginning, that the clintons are behind this Rush bashing/destroy "project." Rush is too popular, too well known and very vocal about the follies of the clintons and their minions. He's been very critical over the last 12 years of hillary, bill, uncle janet and the rest of the circus. These rats found a weakness in Rush and have exploited it to destroy him. We all need to stand behind Rush and support him as he's only the first to come under attack. Sean Hannity will be next, Michael Medved (who went to school with the clintons) will come under attack as well as Savage, Hugh Hewitt and the rest.

As much as I like Rush, his problems are of his own making.
It's not a consipracy, it's POLITICS.

I think the demise of Rush would be more than a happy coincidence for Hillary.Wouldn't put it past Hi'ry.

Nice theory, and it's obvious he his the target of a partisan hack DA. But, the success or failure of the DA is irrelevant at this point. The Genie is out. If Rush were convicted, jailed, ruined.. he would become a martyr and a thousand would spring up to take his place.
If he is fully vindicated, cleared and victorious, a thousand will rise up to join him.
The Genie is out, he has already opened the bottle and only a generational change among my grandchildren could reverse it. The left is toast, they are just too blinded to see it.

It means that he is saying you are a conspiracy theorest and that the tin foil helps block the government or alien signals to your brain...Watch the movie signs!
To: beatrix
I don't necessarily subscribe to any conspiracy theories re: Rush. But, as Bill Murray used to say, "I do know one thing": The Palm Beach County state attorney is a low, scabrous, opportunistic RAT careerist.

I love Rush, but he gave them the ammo and they used it. During the past few days there has been an edge to Rush that is uncomfortable. I think something is going on in the background that is creating real problems.

I think that they used Rush's housekeeper as a means to try and get the dirt on Rush, but Rush isn't the only voice out there anymore. I remember thinking what a loss he would be if his hearing loss resulted in him closing up his radio show, but yet I also thought "atleast we now have Shaun, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Reagan, the internet, etc. The truth is a powerful thing - we have to fight against the truth being SUPRESSED!
To: sauropod
It won't do them any good to take out Rush (if indeed there is a "vast left wing conspiracy')
His message has spread too far and the rats have been forever exposed for what they are.
