The tone was almost exactly what I hear across the country from CA to IA to DC to TX from most of the Republicans I talk to:
A) Support for the President's reelection, and belief in his basic decency as an individual.
B) Hardcore opposition to the RATs.
C) Satisfaction with the conduct of the War on Terrorism.
D) Continued disatisfaction with many domestic policies of the administration, particularly immigration, spending, and the President's failure to wield the veto pen to rein in same, or to fully use the awesome power of the bully pulpit to forward a conservative agenda.
E) Frustration at the many examples of the White House political operations using their power to favor 'moderate' to liberal candidates over conservatives within the GOP.
