A PRAYER OF PROTECTION

The light of God surround you
The love of God enfold you
The power of God protect you
The presence of God watch over you
Wherever you are,God is,
And all is well.
Amen.

Bless This House

Bless this house O Lord we pray;
Make it safe by night and day;
Bless these walls so firm and stout,
Keeping want and trouble out:
Bless the roof and chimneys tall,
Let thy peace lie over all;
Bless this door, that it may prove
ever open to joy and love.

Bless these windows shining bright,
Letting in God's heav'nly light;
Bless the hearth a'blazing there,
with smoke ascending like a prayer;
Bless the folk who dwell within,
keep them pure and free from sin;
Bless us all that we may be
Fit O Lord to dwell with thee;
Bless us all that one day we
May dwell O Lord with thee.

(Click on praying hands above, or on banner at the top to hear the music)

The next time you hear a politician use the word "billion" casually, think
about whether you want that politician spending your tax money.

A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency
did a good job of putting that figure into perspective in one of its
releases:

A billion seconds ago, it was 1959.

A billion minutes ago, Jesus was alive.

A billion hours ago, our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.

A billion dollars ago was only 8 hours and 20 minutes, at the rate
Washington spends it.

The Democrats were complaining about how long the war took, but Billion
consider this:

It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno to take the Branch
Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation.

It took less time to find Saddam's sons in Iraq than it took Hillary Clinton
to find the Rose Law Firm billing records.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy
the Medina Republican Guard than it took Teddy Kennedy to call the police
after his Oldsmobile sunk at Chappaquiddick.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took to count the votes in
Florida!!!!!!

The U.S. military is GREAT !

Morning Darkwing. Be sure you give us a daily count-down for your retirement. This way we can plan a Canteen party for you.

Sorry to make you and everyone else worry. Internet has really been dragging here the last couple days. Tried posting here a couple times and couldn't get what I was saying posted even though it went fine on a couple other forums. But I'm here and there should be new stuff on the website in the next few days.
