I still can't find any info on the Nazeem character, but I found a wealth of info on Nesan Nemazee:

* Hillary Clinton embraced Nemazee at a Jan. 1999 WH celebration of Islamic holiday Eid
=He donated $ 180,000+ to Kerry; raised $250,000 for Gorein 1995; $150,000 to Democrats in mid 90s; 6 members of family gave $60,000 to Bill Clinton's legal defense fund.

I found references to him in connection w/petroleum companies in Iran and Conoco. His organization at http://www.American=Iranian.org promises at a future date to list and explore the biographies of 2004 candidates.
