I was taught in the service to get all the sleep you can before the SHTF, because you cannot make it up later. I can literally go to sleep right in the middle of anything. its a good skill to have....but it aggravates the other half to death.
Yep, thats when the SHTF in my house too -g- he'd sleep through anything!
