I finaly figured it out how they could do it, but I doubt they would know how to do it.All it would take is for Russia to think they had an incoming ICBM, I do believe they would resort to MAD and as soon as they did we would also.I don't think they could fool our system but I am not so sure about Russia.They almost nuked us in 1995 over a weather sattelite launch.

EF I posted something simliar tonight on the ongoing thread...if we are to be hit as stated "Very unusual way" then its like the old days with two Superpowers and Russia thinks we hit them so they retailiate in kind and AlQ once again maims us without doing a whole lot!
