Rich sources of zinc are oysters, beef, liver, crab, seafood, poultry, nuts and seeds, whole grains, tofu, legumes and milk. Zinc found in breast milk is better absorbed than that in formula milk.
Hmmm....Super King Buffet here in Ft. Lauderdale area has inexpensive buffet seafood dinners at night that includes oysters. Perhaps I should partake more often.
