1 - The War on Terror. Al Qaeda is trying real hard to bring this war home to Americans. That they have not succeeded since September 11, 2001 has a lot to do with the energetic activities of American armed forces and police organizations.
In the meantime, there have been some "lone nut" Islamofascist attacks on America since 9.11.2001 even if the body count has been minimal. We've had Charles Bishop/Bishra who called his acts terrorist in his suicide note and pledged his support to bin Laden. We've had the shoe bomber who was stopped on the airline before he was able to commit his evil deed. We've had the DC sniper duo. We've had the shooting at the LAX counter.
There may have been more hope for a mass uprising against America than actually followed through but some Islamofascists did commit themselves to the movement.
We've also had a plane blow up mysteriously on take off and an anthrax murder case that is still unsolved.
Internationally there have been bombings targeted as allies of the United States in the war effort. America has been spared the brunt of the attacks but that is due in part to diligence and also in part due to our resolve.

When a Muslim leader clals for a jihad in a fatwa all Muslims nust head the call. So once that call goes out it means even non al-Qaeda Muslims have to heed the call. That is the dread of the jihad fatwam, because criminals, the insane and suicidal get excuses to act out their mania for Allah. This little known fact allows the feds to lie to our face and say the DC Sniper Muslims were not acting as terrorists when in fact the call of jihad was prime motivator.

Are there only 22 conflicts in the world? There may be more than you realize (not to dispute your figure but that number seems very very small).
Even Beleize and Guatamala don't get along.

We even had domestic attacks prior to 9.11.2001. The World Trade Center was bombed in 1993 and there was a sniper outside the CIA headquarters shooting agents. There may be other incidents but there doesn't seem much interest at large tying them all to the same motivator (Islamofascism).

but there doesn't seem much interest at large tying them all to the same motivator (Islamofascism). One of the biggest surprises for me was how little outrage Americans expressed over this refusal to link the motivator by our leaders. The conclusion I drew is that our institutions want the people stupid and sheep like.

This sort of thing is called democide Eh. Someone has been reading Rummel. See here. I believe it was R. J. Rummel at the University of Hawaii who coined this term. His site is a broad and deep resource on this kind of thing.

Religion of Peace alert. Korea is not yet a war, and calling the drug trade a war is questionable. ALL THE REST ARE ISLAM.
If you understand that Islam is Empire not Nations, then you see there really is only one war.
So we could boil this down to Do we want to fight the Jihad back, or surrender.

Which should I do to do cart wheels or handstands? Try handstands...more blood and oxygen will get to your brain.
Who knows, it may help.

What you should do, is to stop seeing the Second Coming in this. How about in Israel having control of Jerusalem again? How about the unprecedented number of comets, and eclipses of the moon and sun? How about the rise of the world against the Jews in Jerusalem and the attempts to divide or move the boundaries of Jerusalem? I figure those are all much better signs as they are of the end, not just of His coming.
The wars and rumors of wars, the way knowledge will increase and the running to and fro over the surface of the earth prophecy was that the time is drawing near, the ones I listed are of the time IS here.

People have been saying exactly that, since Jesus rose from the tomb.
The Bible also says that " NO MAN SHALL KNOW ".
There hasn't been an " unprecedented " number of comets or eclipses.
How about a lot of things...LOL

It makes the article seem less well researched. Its got some errors in it. One is the false belief that Israel is America's puppet, in the arab world, the belief is the other way around. Another thing, is that North Korea does claim to have Nukes, and wants to make more. As for the Kurds and Shia's being pro-american or not hostile. The kurds, he's right on, but the Shia's, alot of, but not most, want America to leave, so they can take over the country and alot of them are itching for a Iranian style government. Not every attacker has been a Sunni.
On the Chechens, he's wrong, yes there are alot of islamic radicals fighting there, but ironically, most Chechens are pretty secular, violent, but secular, but they will take help from whereever they can get it. They're your basic separitist. Even in some muslim country's, you have separatists who want to break away. Its kind of funny, Mohammad always wanted one united islamic empire.

No problem, my guess is you are not waiting His return, so why should you care about the signs. For myself I am pretty excited. I get a kick out of watching 4000 year old prophecys being fufilled, like Eze 34-37, Isa 14 and Zep 2.
The are not about Christs return, they are about the West Bank, and the comming nuclear war in the Middle East. Many people have wanted to see these days, I get to be here for some or all of it.
Exciting times indeed! Not fun times, but can't have everything.

You can't guess your way out of a paper bag.
I'm certainly NOT a " Rapturists ", but yes, I am looking forward to the Second Coming.
That you claim to be looking forward to being in the eye of a nuclear war in the Middle East, makes me wonder even more about YOU !

(2 Pet 3:3 NKJV) knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts,(2 Pet 3:4 NKJV) and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation."

Are there only 22 conflicts in the world? There may be more than you realize (not to dispute your figure but that number seems very very small). I was talking about major armed conflicts. Most guerilla insurgencies don't qualify -- although many of them may involve agitation by Muslims against Non-Muslims.
