You're a very strange person. There is a HUGE shortage of nurses in this country. I'll take 'em from wherever.
There's a shortage mainly because the hospital admin treats them like crap and is pushing them out of the industry. My best friend is a nurse - 10 nurse friends of hers have quit in the last 2 years because of too-high patient loads and awful hours and working conditions.
Treat them better and we won't have to import them from overseas.
