You reaction shows just how problematical personal reactions can be. You thought Kerry came across as a phony patrician blowhard, and I thought his speech was well written, disciplined, skillfully delivered, and effective. Obviously, both of us cannot be totally right, now can we? :)

I guess the difference is that you were impressed with his parroting the same old phoney accusations against Bush, while I was somewhat less than impressed.

Kerry is a flip-flopper a liar and a hypocrite. He voted for the war is and is now ripping Bush for acting on that vote. You might find his BS effective and convincing...I don't.

Yep, in his stupid victory speech tonight he whined about every single thing he voted for like the education bill and the Patriot Act he hammered Bush on.

I was really hoping Dean would wait until he had the nomination to implode. Well at least I take comfort in the fact that Dems just blew 100 million dollars on a person that they now know is a freak.

You are more emeshed in your projection of your view of the issues, and I am more into leitmotif.
