Predictions:
1. Gephardt withdraws by noon tomorrow.
2. Dean will be very angry on the campaign stump in New Hampshire. Think he's been angry so far? You ain't seen nothin' yet.
3. Kerry (who is a Viet Nam vet, I think) is trying to figure out how to hide Teresa from public view, and especially from microphones.
4. If Edwards becomes the Dem nominee (and it's still a long shot; I think that the Dem powers have had enough of Southern Protestant white boy nominees, and the "diversity" mavens are squawking), we'll have a weird situation, because the Dems will still write off the South, excepting maybe Florida, Arkansas, and Louisiana (but they won't win those, either).
Curiouser and curiouser!

Nice analysis -- except you left out the Arkancide wing of the Democratic Party.

Either that or he's burnt out (that might take a loss at NH, though). Considering how he was taking his slide in the polls before, what happens next WILL NOT BE PRETTY (funny maybe, but not pretty).
From here on out, Dean could either completely implode or stumble off somewhere to die.

Saying that the people in Iowa don't really count -- it's the East that counts! LOL! (Do you think he has heard of California yet?--sarcasm off--)
