Perhaps a FIRST STEP would be to remove those laws that give alien law breakers rights. Due Process should mean Deportation and that alone. No courts; no lawyer and no tax paid prison time. American Jurisprudence has been turned on it's ear by liberals and liberal judges...we have become a door mat for criminals, not the pinnacle of justice for the victims...the dog wagging the tail. When did alien criminals gain due process? The INS is still the problem by not doing what they are required to do - they simply don't do it!
Get on your congressmen/women - stick their feet in the fire; they are the ones ultimately responsible for any new/reform law that will be written. The criminal element coming across our borders are invaders who are overrunning our border security like any invader would - by stealth. Let the world know that America and Americans will look on any person or persons without legal papers, as a hostile combatant and will be so treated, terrorism knows no boundaries or borders - there are no laws governing the protection of that person's life should he/she trip and kill themselves...
Make no mistake...the Invasion is real and it isn’t about the Mexican day labourer; in a sense that person has become a scapegoat for a far more sinister force entering our country.
