Does that include violence against the unborn or terrorists. Logical fallacy, introducing apples into the discussion of oranges. Nice try.

Sounds cult-like to me.
The moment the judge felt his life was being threaten, he should have turned the trial over to another judge because at that moment he stopped being impartial.
That is the point I am trying to make.
To: Paul C. Jesup
Besides, I stated in my first post, that I did not agree with their methods, which you ignored. They want to skate on paying taxes that you and I have to pay. The method they use is beside the point.
It ain't just the method that's wrong; it's the end that is wrong, as well.
If I pay taxes, these scoundrels will pay taxes, or sit in federal prison for 20 years.

You missed the, Personally, I have nothing against killing terrorists as a matter of self-preservation. But I am making a point, part of my post.

You should make a point of finding out more about the situation as you have been behind the curve in all of your posts on this subject that I have seen.
That threat was not specifically directed against McBryde.

'The law is the law, defense is very loopy logic.

But he felt threaten, which meant he was not impartial.
To: Paul C. Jesup
The moment the judge felt his life was being threaten, he should have turned the trial over to another judge because at that moment he stopped being impartial. It wouldn't have mattered who the judge was, the folks that went to the trial and put up a billboard are nuts. Case in point, go to the blogs of Simkanin, Chapman, Bell, Bannister, Rose, read the rantings and ravings. Many of these folks were readying for another armed resistance a la Waco when Rick Stanley vowed to stand up against the police when they had a warrant out on his arrest.
In fact, a former freeper was in the car with Stanley when he tried to out run the cops in Denver when they tried to apprehend him. He is guilty of threatening a judge as well as calling on his coterie of patriots to protect him with their guns and molotov cocktails.
Fact is, the people behind Simkanin and his ilk are nuts, and fringist violent types. I have no respect for any of them. No thanks, I live in the real world.

Yes, there needs to be tax reform, but guys like this or pure scam artists like John Kotmair are not the answer, nor should they be held up as heroes.Who needs Mojo when we've got you? Keep dancing, just remember who's pulling your strings.

He's not a hero, he's a madman.
So are the creeps that defend our existing tax system, and claim that juries should be told they must obey the 'law' as recited by corrupted judges.
12 tpaine
Yeah, but rather than get a bunch of patriot guys with a hard on for shooting the cops, don't you think there is a better way to change the system?
-CS-
I think one of the 'better ways' to change, systems, non-violently, -- is jury nullification. It worked for booze prohibition, it could work for tax protests..
The old political way just isn't working.. The two parties have a stranglehold on our government.

Okay that does it, this misunderstanding ends RIGHT NOW!!
In my first post on this thread, I am trying to rack my brain why some people on FR not only are against, but also derive pleasure from the misery of those who are against government tyranny.
You and I both may disagree with their methods, but some of you are pure sadists.
I was commenting on sadism of some of the poster on FR. Not the judge, not the tax evaders. But posters on FR. But you three were too dense to actually read my first post before replying to me.
Do you get what I was commenting on now?
To: tpaine
Has anybody ever mentioned that your peculiar way of doing quotes of previous posts makes it even harder to follow your peculiar "logic"?
"I think one of the 'better ways' to change, systems, non-violently, -- is jury nullification. It worked for booze prohibition, it could work for tax protests."
I guess you think that it worked for southern lynch mobs and draft dodgers too?

Poor Nunya, you think I am a friend of Mojo? How freaking out of touch are you? He used to berate me on his lonely site, saying I lied about my travels. Until I sent a postcard to his house from Thailand, telling him that he was FOS! You Fuppers are so sad you don't even know if he has a message board up or not!
BTW, just who is pulling my strings? I'd like to know what psychotic conspiracy theory you wingnuts have concocted this week. Hey, tell Mal that we did, in fact, land on the moon, there were no police checkpoints after the Iraq war, and that I don't spend my spare time shredding the constitution. (hah!)

Paul, these trolls derive pleasure from taking outrageous anti-constitutional positions on ANY subject, just to get everyones goat, and to garner attention to there self-imagined wit.
They are truely amoral on political principle. Promoting a free republic is just another game, -- to them..

I am not using a new name. I have never posted you about this before.
But I am beginning to see that you have some issues.

Well, that's where my tax money is going... there are a lot of flakes out there who are ducking their share.
These tax frauds do have a following here on FR, though.
