*Children unlawfully in the USA are criminals **Kindly point out where the law says that children of undocumented immigrants are 'criminals.'
With kindness: chldren who are unlawfully in the USA are themselves Illegals, and are in violation of the law.

What comment is possible except incredulity that someone so easily apoplectic over illegal immigration thinks that the law says children of illegal immigrants are all criminals?
Criminal alien:
"I crawled across the border of my own free will to rob and pillage. Catch me if you can!"

Don't even try to go there. One cannot even begin to curse fluently if Spanish is no longer acceptable. In my experience, only Korean and Russian come close to matching it in full scatological flavor.

"Bush most definitely favors large scale Amnesty for illegal aliens and has proven time and again to be very deceptive about it." LOL, If he was dead set on amnesty he would have done it already, after all, he doesn't need an act of Congress, he has the authotity to grant amnesty to who ever he wants with a stroke of a pen. But don't let these little facts get in the way of your paranoia.
"However, the wording of the bill that Bush's operatives twisted arms on capital hill for passage most definitely did apply to illegal aliens but you had to read the fine print to find it."
Would you mind posting this fine print "Bush's Operatives" twisted arms to get into a bill that never saw his desk?

LOL!! A generation later they were wishing he had done more to control immigration.
That's an good example of what happens to people who don't see the problem until it's too late and they're being shoved onto reservations and forced to learn a different language. Assimilation into the existing culture is not a given.

He had several chances to answer. But ran away. I guess he needed the kick from you, eh?
1. Your question is irrelevant. 2. He doesn't need a kick from me, and his answer will have more kick than you've presumed.

No, a criminal must have the capacity to consent to the crime and know that a crime is being committed. A child who is brought across the border who did not consent to being brought, who doesn't know right from wrong, who doesn't know a misdemeanor from a visa stamp, is not a criminal. Here in America we do brand toddlers as criminals and send them to prison.

Please note that the only ones claiming President Bush will present a plan for normalizing the legal status of undocumented immigrants because of a desire for vote-pandering are liberal newspapers and anti-immigrant advocates.
Please note that you are, once again, reciting liberal talking points about opposition to Illegal Aliens.

I see you had no response to the vote-pandering charge made by liberal papers. Call it a prophesy if you want to, but President Bush considers only what is in the best interests of our nation.

Tooth,
Who made you the arbitor of the questions?
It's not irrelevant, just incredibly painful for the immigrant jihadists to answer, as I've learned tonight. Thanks!
As I've said, Joe made two passes on answering tonight. Now you needed to bring it up again. I'm sure he just needed more time....LOL!

If he was dead set on amnesty he would have done it already
Carrying that logic a little further: "If he was dead set on enforcing our immigration laws..."

Glad to see you changed your tune. Suddenly you saw the illogic and injustice of your earlier claims that ALL children of undocumented immigrants are 'criminals.'
To: Sabertooth
"Please note that you are, once again, reciting liberal talking points about opposition to Illegal Aliens."The only thing I have requested from you tonight is to "recite" anything Bush has said in public that backs up your speculation, and you couldn't.
Sabertooth you are engaged in hyperbowl and you know it

We do (or we're supposed to) deport Illegals, including children who are Illegals. No one's talking about imprisonment. On second thought, child endangerment charges against Illegal parents who bring their kids across the border Illegally might warrant consideration.

But don't let these little facts get in the way of your paranoia. Not True. Amnesties for immigration violators involve a change in our immigration laws which falls under the purview of Congress...not the presidency.

It's not my job to do your homework. You have already proven on this thread on elsewhere to be pretty much in the dark on immigration matters. Perhaps you should spend less time on those Bush Worshipping threads.

At the very least, before citizenship is granted, they should be steeped in the full understanding of what a democratic republic is, a full understanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and a history lesson on the failures of socialist governments in the past.
Then all you can do is keep your fingers crossed, I suppose.
To: Sabertooth
""If he was dead set on enforcing our immigration laws..." Just like he hasn't enforced our laws on murder either, should we impeach him now?
Cmon Sabertooth, you can do better than that

Then vote out the Democrats. Just a word to the wise: you will never get anywhere stamping your feet over your neighbors who are living and working peacefully in your town. Your comment about them "breeding" was out of line in anything except a Planned Parenthood or gay forum.

Who made you the arbitor of the questions?
It's a facet of debate. We're all free to identify impertinence when we see it. It's not irrelevant, just incredibly painful for the immigrant jihadists to answer, as I've learned tonight. Thanks!
Democrat talking point. Thanks. As I've said, Joe made two passes on answering tonight. Now you needed to bring it up again. I'm sure he just needed more time....LOL!
He's answered this question before. You're playing Perry Mason with an open secret.
