Two assasination attempts on Pakistan's Musharraf (one today) and a surprise deal by him yesterday with "anti-American Islamic opposition" to give up control of Pak's army by end of 2004 (read NUKES) leaves me convinced Musharraf is very weak right now. I don't think the extremists can wait for the end of 2004, and we should execute that plan we have to secure the weapons, if they are still there.
Could this even tie in?

The 9/11 attachs were timed to the assassination of a Northern Alliance leader in Afghanistan. They have been trying to kill Musharraf several times. I suspect that was (is?) to be the signal for AQ already in the US to execute their plan.
