Delay! One juror failed to fill out proper form. Sheesh

Guess he ended up with a jury of his peers after all.

If would be considerate if they could execute Malvo and Mohammad at the time same time, since they committed their atrocities together.

But together or separate, they both deserve the death penalty.

There is a separate sheet of paper (verdict form) for each charge. Each one must be filled out and signed by the foreman.

Oh oh. T not crossed or i not dotted. Grounds for a future liberal appellate judge to declare him innocent of all charges.

Chill. Let's not allow this "boy" to skate out later on a technicality, so no rush.

"jurors were very "somber" and "some were crying."

I hope their tears were for the victims and their families and not malvo.

Did they use something other than a #2 pencil?

Maybe one juror can't read?

What do you want to bet it's the same juror who needed a definition of "malice" back in the guilt phase?

I bet his/her fellows are ready to throttle him/her...

The jury was sent back to fill something out correctly.

"Mr. Jury Foreman, I will only warn you once -- 'FRY THE MOTHERF#CKER' is not an appropriate sentence for you to fill out in this case."

More likely for the decision they have made to execute the defendant. Juries help carry the heavy weight of civilization with trials like these. No doubt they take their responsibility very seriously.

Are they going to come back with a sentence today or will they have a sentencing hearing later?

This was the sentencing hearing. Malvo should be sentenced today.

I bet that juror is originally from Florida.
