The drug laws are constitutional. You opinions are based on fantasy. Rush would still be an addict if not for the laws. Denial is a trait of druggies and other addicts. So is projection.

We also need to put a stop to religion. Clergy molesting our children cannot be tolerated. Execute all Christians!

Homosexuals need to be dealt with. They spread disease and increase our medical care costs. Execute them!

Black people need to be dealt with. Their hip and hop is driving me nuts. Execute them!

Fat white people need to be dealt with. They take food from the downtrodden and increase our health care costs. Execute them!

All of the above are perfectly legitimate under your new and improved Constituion.

Don't believe it? Just ask anyone who lived in Germany in the thirties. If you can make a criminal of a person for drugs, you can make him a criminal for any reason under the sun.

All you have to do is have your court say "it's constitutional"!
