Actually, I am a little surprised at how many sheep keeping falling for the same Washington two-step. Create an enemy who is a threat to us. Go to war. Funnel billions of taxpayer money into the hands of your friends. Let someone else worry about cleaning up the mess. Oh and about your dead sons and daughters . . . we're sorry.

agreed, completely. his second response; same broken record. As a rule, I counter once to any wrong responses directed towards me - simply on the chance that they can back it up with facts the second time around.

Truthfully, (based on my experience...) it can be said to be an "offhand" chance - but I at least give them the rope to hang themselves with or lasso in an intelligent retort - their choice, though usually the former...
