Oh, for God's sake. That man is seriously saying "Well, if she only had a BLACK trainer, she'd be fine?" Gee, sounds like, oh, I don't know, could it be...SEGREGATION?!?

Sigh. It's always about race.
The police association president said that if Ms. Johnson and other black apprentice officers who experienced problems had been placed "with some black trainers, they'd pass with flying colors, get good grades and become great officers."
She probably would pass in that situation. Wink, wink. She probably would get good grades in that situation. Nudge, nudge. But from the decription of her abilities, I fail to see how this woman could ever become a great officer.
But that's not what's important, right?

"People feel as though blacks and Hispanics have had to have special favors given to them in order for them to make it. ... We know that there are white females that had tremendous problems" that were allowed to stay in the department. Out of curiosity, what type of police officer would you want to come to your house in a life or death emergency?

Same sh!t was going on when I worked there. Hint: When 8 trainers say someone isn't worth a damn, that person probably isn't worth a damn.

Well, when you return to one of the four, don't let the door hit you you-know-where.

LOL. We had a white female like this. I saw her in the training program, she was terrible. She couldn't get a guy who was handcuffed to sit in the cruiser.
The dept. extended her training/probation time to over double what everybody else got and she still failed.
After she got fired she sued. She contacted the NOW hags and a Federal lawsuit followed. The female Federal Judge ordered our dept. to give her a job for 5 years making $35,000 a year.
The dept. made her a "Victim's rights (for females) advocate." The woman does nothing but sit in her cubilce and play solitare on the computer.
When we had lay-offs we had to lay off cops and she couldn't be touched. Thankfully her 5 years of infamy are nearly up.
Oh, guess who was portrayed as the evil empire during the Federal trial? The Training Officers. LOL

The police association president said that if Ms. Johnson and other black apprentice officers who experienced problems had been placed "with some black trainers, they'd pass with flying colors, get good grades and become great officers."Translation:: Black trainers will ignore the rules; lower the standards and play favorites.

Maybe we need to worry more about #30, #31, and #32!
