That sounds fine and noble, but the reality is, the Perot voters gave us 8 years of Clinton. Funny how quickly people have forgotten what that was like. Too many here are ready to give up and turn the country back over to the 'Rats, and after 9/11?...- you people serioulsy want to give the country back to the 'Rats over this?
As I've said, I don't like CFR at all. But, it looks to me like President Bush and the Republicans decided to take the easy way out and rely on the Supreme Court to fix the mess rather than veto it and take a political hit. They took a risk and it blew up.
The CFR ruling is another example of the huge problems we have with an out-of-control judicial branch that has appointed itself Supreme ruler. It will have to be dealt with and reigned in at some point.
I don't get you people with your "my way or the highway" mentality when it comes to politics. The democrats count on people like you to muddy up the waters so people can't see just how bad the dems are, and how unfit they are to hold office. Didn't you learn ANYTHING from the 8 years of Clinton, and 9/11? You want to go there again?
