You seem to be missing my intent in posting this.
We live in a age of slogans and sound bites. How do we choose among the candidates when we go to the polls? Some candidates like to carry religious labels but often don't profess any true belief in them. Some candidates like to identify themselves with a political party but don't believe in the party's platform. So how do we, as voters, choose?
Character matters. How candidates label themselves matter. BUT more importantly, is deterrmining whether candidates live up to their professed labels.
I would not have voted for Arnold.

I am saying that the Catholic lable is no guarantee, but many Catholics do not see this or even care. Character matters, iclduing the character of the voter.
