YUP!-- & the Ultimate Outcome of BOTH " WARS" was that our Constitution SUPERCEDED "Man's Rules!!"
ONLY by "Conceding Authority" to a "Higher Power" did we--a Nation of Restless, Aggressive, Cantankerous, Independent, Sublimely Inventive Souls--Devolve into a peaceful Nation.
Our Aggressive, Independant, Inventive Nature allowed us to "Go to the Moon!!"
WHAT OTHER CULTURE--Before or Since--could have Accomplished that Feat??
