I will do further research on the Delph Technique and report on my findings during the day.

Why on earth would we want to act like liberals? What next? Shall we instruct Bush on how to lie like Clinton? Sorry, tactics define. And these tactics are lies. Just like the liberals who use them.

Sorry, tactics define. And these tactics are for liars. They were used by bad liberals, they were used by Hitler. They won't be used by me.

I think the author was subjected to some such technique before writing this article.

This technique was used often in the Jap company I used to work for, under the guise of "consensus."
Our management would hold a series of meetings with employees to "solve" a problem, using the consensus method.
These meetings would invariably break-down, however, if any solution other than the pre-determined one was advanced.
So much for "teamwork!"

This technique is a
very unethical method of achieving consensus
Throughout my entire life I have found that the ends rarely justifies use of extremely unethical means.

I've heard about and seen this technique in action. What baffles me is that as I have asked around, no one has been able to produce "it's manual".
This technique is of such a nature that there must be a "Manual" or some original work that communicates it's function, use, application, and expected results.
This technique probably goes by numerious names which has made my search more difficult.
