JORGE (NOT HIS REAL NAME) defended himself valiantly, even cracking one of his assailants ribs. Afterward, the gang members told him, Youre a homie now. They gave him a blue bandanna and a nickname, and ushered him into thug lifea world of constant threats, of bloody clashes with rivals, of such indelible images as a gang members head split apart after a fight and oozing brain matter. The gangsta life didnt seem real to me at first, Jorge says. Then everything just went insane.Even the author, who's apparently hispanic, can't help himself from almost revering the actions of these gangs. He/she (I can't tell from Arian) is writing an article about the degradation of gang members and yet writes with a sense of awe and reverence about the violence and bloodshed. Almost as if it's conditioned in him/her.

Liberals/leftists/neo-Marxists are always in awe of poorer, more violent people and cultures. Liberals are always in awe of 3rd world thugs and would rather have Saddam running Iraq than us. Liberals look at such pond scum and feel they are leading more "authentic" lives

The Left uses these thugs as violent revolutionaries against the middle class, and they have done so since at least Stalin's time. This "hispanic" author no doubt holds hateful ideas about "anglos" and thugs like he describes are his fantasy players against those that he hates.

Yes --- it's a different culture moving in and gangs and violence are viewed differently --- gangs are just defending their barrio and are respected for that.

I must say, you do hate Hispanics, that is clear.... sucks to be you but then, your attitude was disrespected by General Winfield Scott, Lee, and Grant... they'd all think your attitude is unworthy.

I told you I don't hate them. I am sick and tired of being told that I
must embrace and honor them. I am tired of being told what a wonderful culture it is and then I read story after story like this. I am sick of hearing about Hispanic culture. It is
not, contrary to your belief, the greatest culture on earth.
The only reason we are being forced to undergo a culture shift is because millions of Hispanic criminals are forcing it upon us. We are not doing it by choice.
Then everything just went insane.
Who gives a shit what they would think. We are talking about current times not ancient history when the Hispanic culture and population were under control.
In regards to the Dru Sjodin case:
Mr. Rodriguez has convictions for rape, attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault, and has used a weapon in at least one assault, according to the Minnesota Corrections Department. Because of his record, Mr. Rodriguez was required to register as a predatory offender -- the classification for those believed to pose the greatest risk of committing another sex crime. Mr. Rodriguez was released from prison in May after serving 23 years for an attempted abduction in 1979. Wayne Swanson, the prosecutor in that case, said Mr. Rodriguez tried to abduct a woman off the street in Crookston, and stabbed her when she fought back. The woman got away, and Mr. Rodriguez was arrested with the help of a sketch she made.
Another piece of your wonderful culture.
