Oh yea, the prison is menard SP.Alot of people work there. Also the nut house,Gayce(sp) is there. Would you like to hear about the time the local cops picked up a hitch hicker,only to be overthrown and hancuffed to a tree by an inmate of this prison?Or, how about the MJ farm that was allowed to prosper,under the nose of the local shariff,that is untill the feds finaly shut it down.Shall we talk about gambling?I could go on and on but we gotta stop somewhere.

Gacy was fried years ago they moved him upstate to do it - The Sheriff is gone, well he still lives here. (if you ever come back into town and go down the road to the Chester Bridge - look to your left for some angel statues and you will see his house that was built a few years ago.) But he was forced basically into retirement. I think the one your talking about had a last name starting with a "P" right? Not too long ago (before he was forced out) he was on his hog (harley) going up Route 3 (north) he had an ankle gun holster and lost his freaken gun somewhere on RT. 3, but he did not know where it fell out - He had a whole crew looking for it, even had some trusted inmates in chains looking for it from what I heard. Come to find out some teenager that was driving behind him saw it fly out and stopped and picked it up. It pop up somewhere or the kid eventually turn it in.
