Here's the question to ask yourselves - IF the Warren Commission report is factually correct and the truth was ascertained, why were all of the records related the JFK assassination SEALED for a period of 75 years?
SEALED; inaccessible; unavailable to public view.
Who would benefit from doing that?

Not only were they sealed, but they are officially missing... just check up on the National Archives. All known evidence has disapeared. All we are left with is circumstantial evidence, which IS overwhelming.

why were all of the records related the JFK assassination SEALED for a period of 75 years? Why are your census forms you filled out in 2000 sealed for 70 years? Do you think it could have anything to do with privacy? If there were any "smoking guns" in the records they would simply be destroyed and all the rest released you know. You would be satisfied and never know the difference. But it is this kind of material:
that the Kennedy family wanted to be kept private until after anyone who knew Kennedy personally was dead and could be spared the anguish of seeing them.

The fact that they sealed it instead of destroyed it may mean that they knew they would be found out and they want the truth to be known about their motives. There may be explanations as to why they killed Kennedy. Maybe this scenerio isn't probable, but wouldn't it be amazing if that was the case.

There's one event in the whole affair that will always keep my suspicions alive: the assassination of Oswald by Jack Ruby. You expect me to believe that Jack Ruby really cared for JFK? Bullfeathers! The only plausible explanation for Oswald's assassination I can think of is "dead men tell no tales". I'll grant that there is overwhelming evidence that Oswald assassinated Kennedy, but even that doesn't justify a hard conclusion. For all those so cock sure that Oswald was a lone assassin, I'd like to point out that Oswald never had a trial. Shame on you.

As Birdsman pointed out, a VERY young assassin...:)
