Yes, but last time I checked a 19 year old girl having sex with several men is not a crime either, so what is your point? If her having sex with other men is relevant, than so is the fact that Bryant violated his marriage vows. Neither is illegal, but you want to disregard one. The fact is, that Braynt took an oath to his wife. This victim, may not be an admirable person for her promiscuity, but she never took a commitment not to have sex with other people. Unless you are a member of the Massachusetts Supreme Court you should acknowledge that.
You are too blinded by your emotions to see it.
I thought freepers were prone to use logic over emotions and see through the NOW propaganda and other PC crap. I guess there are exceptions. You're one of them.
Try answering the following question instead of avoiding it and going off on irrelevant tangents:
How you expect Kobe to get a fair trial if this evidence of the "victim"'s sexual history is excluded? Is he just supposed to sit there and let her accuse him of rape, without being able to bring in evidence that she is the type who would likely have slept with him within 5 minutes of meeting him? Is that irrelevant?
Should the evidence that she was voluntarily playing tounge hockey with him 5 minutes after she met him be excluded? After all, that is evidence of her sexual history prior to the alleged rape, isn't it?
BTW you are now and official card carrying member of NOW.
Here's a button.
Wear it with pride.
