I missed it, but this morning, my mother commented on the Queen's dress. At 83, she rarely passes out compliments; however, she said the Queen looked marvelous (words to that effect).

Usually, I am not too impressed with what the Queen wears but that dress and jewelry was something to see. Laura had a gorgeous necklace on, too.
