Ken Livingstone, the Mayor of London, launched a stinging attack on President George Bush last night, denouncing him as the "greatest threat to life on this planet that we've most probably ever seen".

-------------------------

I have no earthly use for the Bush's. Having said that, Livingstone's assertion is crazy. So is Livingstone.

Cretinous ingrates. May you forever rot in the "glory" of your former empire.

I wonder if the poem "Charge of the Light Brigade" would now be about a holiday in the Crimea with the excessive use of credit cards...

Liberals have gone off the deep end, it is an incredible affair.

Dare I suggest that Mr Livingstone would do well to mind the problems of London?

(shrugging shoulder) Big deal. The guy's probably running for re-election.

"I actually think that Bush is the greatest threat to life on this planet that we've most probably ever seen. The policies he is initiating will doom us to extinction." Mr Livingstone, who is holding a "peace party" for anti-war groups in City Hall tomorrow, added..."

I don't care to even acknowlege, said Livingstone, that President Bush signed the largest reduction in nuclear stockpiles in world history last year with President Putin. Reducing nuclear stockpiles, Livingstone added, pales in comparison to kicking the greatest friend that peace ever had (in Saddam Hussein) out of Iraq.

This guy shouldn't be the mayor of London. He should be locked inside a padded cell in the Tower of London!

At what point does actual delusion trump political hyperbole?

Does Mayor NutJob actually believe that President Bush piloted the jets into the WTC and Pentagon and the field in PA ? Or that he bombed the nightclub in Bali ? Blows up cafes and shopping centers in Israel ? Blew a hole in the USS Cole, killing our sailors ? Blew up the synagogues in Turkey ? Gassed the Kurds ? Dug the mass graves for the 300,000 men, women and children in Iraq ? Is planting IEDs and shooting RPGs at soldiers patrolling Iraq ? Blew up the Red Cross and UN headquarters in Baghdad ? Blew up the Italian soldiers in southern Iraq ? He sounds like a perfect running mate for any of the Democrat Clowns.

Here are some quotes from the Italians, viewing the flag draped coffins of the Italian soldiers:

"I'm here to pay homage to these boys who have fallen for a just cause," Pietro Bernardini, 76, said as he waited in line to see the coffins at Rome's Vittoriano monument. "They should not have ended up in this barbarian way."
"... stunned the nation and created a groundswell of pride in the work Italian troops are doing to help rebuild Iraq.."
What a contrast.
