How else is there to tax the poor? other than mega-taxing cigarettes. Lotteries and gambling does it every time......

In our (California) Coachella Valley, there are probably six Indian Casinos....walk through one and you see the Greyhound Bus Depot crowd generally blowing their cash on the slot machines.
When will they ever learn that the Indians don't have any regulations at all regarding payoff percentages....never.
