"I think we should be proud of the fact that in the last few years a country like Afghanistan has been rid of the Taliban, that Iraq no longer suffers under the lash of Saddam and his sons." That cuts no ice with these protestors. Afghanis and Iraqis aren't on their radar screen.
Their sole motivation is anti-capitalist anti-Americanism.
