I looked for this article but it doesn't look as though it's been posted.

This is another great example of the fact that DEMOCRATS are the party of the uber-rich. DEMOCRATS are not the party of the little guy, they're the party of drug addicts, bums, and anti-Semite rich people.

But don't be afraid of any of this.. You should be afraid of Big Business, Big Oil, Big Tobacco, Big Guns, ...etc, etc, etc. You should be afraid of the the collections of people and workers not wacko's with a inheritance...

Since the demise of the Soviet Union, the Democratic Party has become the leading enemy of the American Republic.

What I would question is: How healthy are these super-donations & 527 Special-Interest groups to the Democrat Party? I would think they would tend to keep the Democrats captive to narrow, ultra-liberal special interests, rather than let them grow up, innovate and recapture some of the political center.

What about all the rich Jews who support the Dems? Most of them do, as reported in Jewish World Review and other publications after the last election. It's always been the case. Perhaps the obvious and growing anti-Semitism of Rat bigwigs will turn some of those votes and dollars in our direction.

BUMP! FR needs to start its own "soft money" group.

However, we should note that pouring a ton of money does not a campaign make; remember Terry McAwful saying "Jeb Bush is GONE" and pouring millions upon millions into Florida?

Today, Governor Jeb Bush is laughing.

However, we, the grassroots GOP, needs to start orgainzing soft money groups NOW to remain competitive!!!

George Soros is one of the prime enemies of Western Civilization. He thrives on destruction.

I imagine that $10 million is probably only the tip of the iceberg. Bush will raise far more hard money than the Democrats, because he gets lots of donations from individual donors--$1,000 and less. But the Democrats will far outspend the Republicans with soft money, not to mention the billions of dollars in free advertising they get from the major media.

What a joke, that the Republicans are the party of the rich.

That's a very good question. This probably explains their leftward lurch since becoming so dependent on soft money.

It's like the left-wing rich have bought themselves a party and the regular Dems don't have enough cash to buy it back.

I think this is changing thanks to efforts of people like the Republican Jewish Coalition. Unfortunately, it will take quite a bit of time since many of the Jews who support Dims financially also hate Christians with a passion. They're uneasy about buddying up with communist Jew-haters but because they both hate Christians, sadly, the marriage is somewhat convenient.

"What a joke, that the Republicans are the party of the rich."

It's one of the big lies of the left. But this is no surprise considering that leftist politics produce the very dynamic that exists in their fund-raising: A poor, uneducated populace overseen by corrupt overlords who do deals in secret to benefit themselves. Kind of like the Ba'ath Socialist Party. No wonder the libs didn't want to attack him. He was their brother in arms.

And today's email from Moveon.org:

Dear MoveOn member,
It's only been three weeks since we launched our $10 million grassroots fundraising campaign. In that time, over 70,300 people have pitched in to run ads that highlight President Bush's failed policies. If all the checks come in, together we've given a whopping $3.6 million.

That's why this campaign to expose President Bush has attracted the attention of some heavy hitters. Today, George Soros and Peter Lewis, two of the country's leading philanthropists, have announced their strong support of our effort. They've pledged to match every dollar given by those of us in the grassroots with 50 cents of their own. In other words, if we raise $10 million, they'll put in another $5 million.

Politicians, pundits, and the press are watching this effort closely to see what happens. President Bush is raking in millions in $2,000 checks. For the first time, we're in a position to show that small donors working in partnership with the big ones can counterbalance the influence of rich Republicans. We can do it, but we'll have to dig deep and bring in more people.

Please help however you can. Remember, every dollar you give today will be matched with 50 cents from George Soros and Peter Lewis. You can give online at the links below:

By credit card:
https://www.moveonvoterfund.org/donate/creditcard.html?id=(unique)

By check:
https://www.moveonvoterfund.org/donate/check.html?id=unique number
(Check contributions cost us processing time and money, so credit card contributions are preferred if possible.)

Your gift won't just help run ads. In the next week, we'll also be launching a great new PR campaign to make sure the ads' message gets free news coverage all across the country. We'll do this the MoveOn way -- engaging hundreds of local volunteers to hold press conferences and talk to reporters about the effect of President Bush's policies in our communities.

Together, we're changing the way politics works. Thanks for being a part of it.

Sincerely,
--Carrie, Eli, James, Joan, Noah, Peter, Wes, and Zack

Hey it's his money, he can do what he wants with it. But I have a suggestion as to what George Soreass could do with a fistful of it.

Of course, it was mostly Democrats who said they wanted to remove the allegedly corrupting influence of big contributions in politics. Now, however, the passage of McCain-Feingold has created an irony: By and large, Republicans are working within the spirit of a law they opposed -- that is, relying on limited hard-money contributions from individuals -- while Democrats are violating the spirit of a law they supported -- that is, relying on the kind of unlimited soft-money contributions they roundly condemned during the reform debate.

DEMOCRAT Motto: Do as we say, not as we do.

Thanks! It is amazing a few weeks ago the awareness level re Soros on FR was minimal.

When I posted anything about him using the Euro before and duing the Iraqi run to deflate the $, people would post me and freepmail me asking who in the hell I was talking about.

DemonicRat Party is the hand puppet of George Soros, a super rich New Nazi who hates a strong America, Israel and of course GW
