To: Conservative til I die
"Didn't Christ consort with beggars and prositutes? That He did, but He didn't endorse their behavior and in fact, condemned it and called on them to make a change in their lives. Sorry, I'm pro-drug legalization and all, but this sort of religious pandering is pretty shallow."

Proposing this question is pandering? Or am I misunderstanding you? I do not endorse his lifestyle. Nor do I think he is something other than human.

It's shallow pandering, much like the liberals do, by oversimplifying Christ's words. Yes, Christ didn't believe that what you consumed made you evil, it's your intentions, thoughts, words, and actions (what comes out of a man) that makes one evil. But at the same time, Christ was against drunkenness and gluttony, which were about what goes into a man.
