One guy with an ordinary wrench is enough to dismantle a tower? GOOD GRIEF! They ought to at least use padlocked bolts, or something that is equally difficult to disassemble.

Well, ordinary, but a danged big ordinary wrench. The bolts are pretty big and are torqued pretty tight. And there's a lot of them. One guy isn't going to disassemble a tower over night (though he can weaken one leg of a tower by unbolting a dozen bolts or so.

Here on the East Coast we also have some wooden pole transmission lines for rather significant voltages. Further imagine a piece of copper suspended from a kite bridging two of these wires. There are other ways to get the copper wire accross.

On the off chance they have not thought about some of the means for diabling substations I will not mention them here.
